CalRound reads schedules you upload, helps you review and correct the dates it finds, and publishes them as a calendar people can add or subscribe to using a link or QR code. Recipients do not need an account.

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You confirm you have the right to upload it and to publish the resulting calendar, and that doing so does not breach anyone's rights or contain personal data you are not permitted to share.

Extraction is automated and can misread a document. CalRound deliberately flags anything it is unsure about rather than inventing a date, time or duration. You are responsible for confirming every event before you publish it, and for correcting anything that is wrong afterwards.

When you update a published calendar, subscribers receive the change automatically when their calendar app refreshes. Refresh timing is controlled by Google, Apple, Microsoft and other providers, not by CalRound, and can range from minutes to a day or more. Events already synced to a device may remain there if you unpublish or delete a calendar.

Do not upload malicious files, use CalRound to distribute unlawful, misleading or harmful content, attempt to break its security or limits, or resell the service without our agreement. We may suspend accounts that do.

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been accessed by someone else.

Each plan includes limits such as the number of live calendars, file uploads and a monthly allowance for automatic extraction. Limits are enforced by the service and may be adjusted to keep it sustainable and to prevent abuse. Features marked "coming soon" are not part of what you are buying today.

Paid plans are subscriptions billed either monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Stripe processes the payment and stores the card details; we do not hold your card number. Prices shown include the billing period they apply to, and VAT is added where applicable.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, until it is cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Account & Billing, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your paid plan normally continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-periods unless the law requires it.

If a payment fails, Stripe may retry it. If it stays unpaid, the paid plan ends and your account returns to the Free plan.

Cancelling or downgrading does not delete your calendars, events, uploads or attachments — we do not silently remove your content. Free-plan limits do apply again, so, for example, calendars over the live limit may need to be unpublished before you can publish another one. Existing live calendars are not unpublished automatically.

On plans that include an Organisation workspace, calendars created in that workspace belong to the Organisation rather than to one person. Current members can see and work on them according to their role, admins can invite and remove members, and removing a member ends their access to the workspace without deleting the Organisation's content.

Charity, partner and complimentary access is granted at our discretion, may carry an expiry date, and can be withdrawn if it is misused. It provides the same features as the equivalent paid plan.

We work to keep CalRound available and reliable, but it is provided as-is without a guaranteed uptime level unless we have agreed one with you in writing.

To the extent permitted by law, CalRound is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from an incorrect or missed date. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is limited, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

You can stop using CalRound and delete your content at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached. Unpublishing or deleting a calendar stops future updates and takes the public link down; previously synced events may remain in recipients' calendar apps.

We may update these terms as the product develops and will make the current version available here.
