Yearly plans include exactly two months free. Included schedule conversions are monthly and reset on the 1st of each calendar month; they don't roll over. Need more in a busy month? Buy a one-off pack of 25 extra schedule conversions for £8.99 — extras are used only after your included conversions and don't expire while your account stays open. Only a successful conversion of a schedule document into a programme counts: manual edits, publishing, QR codes, sharing, public views and subscribing never use conversion credits. Active programme limits still apply.
The Free plan is available now. Paid checkout is not yet configured for the new plans. VAT is charged where applicable.
All plans work without collecting participant email addresses. Calendar updates appear when the provider refreshes, not instantly. Any commercial customer can choose Solo, Team or Pro.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through Account & Billing; paid access normally continues until the end of the period already paid for. UK consumers may have a 14-day statutory cancellation right.
